About me
My name is Dulce V. Agcopra, RCIC
I am the founder of Alpenglow Immigration Canada and I'm a dual citizen of Canada and Australia with Filipino heritage. Before immigrating to Canada in 2008, I worked in high-level government roles in Australia as a Program Manager then Senior Advisor administering government programs.
I'm a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), and I am designated as an Authorized Representative with the Canadian Government for providing immigration advice and representation to anyone who wishes to immigrate to Canada, from all over the world.
You can verify my credentials with the Canadian Regulator the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Our Story
Alpenglow is the rose-coloured light seen high on the mountains both at dusk or at dawn. The name was chosen to signify the end of an old life, and starting anew.
Alpenglow Immigration is based in beautiful Whistler Canada, the mecca for both Winter & Summer adventure sports in all of North America. It was founded by an Australian-Canadian, who first moved to Whistler in 2008.
Our own personal journey through the Canadian immigration process allows us to have a deep and compassionate understanding of how challenging the immigration process can be. We also know how rewarding and life changing it is to succeed. We have made it our goal to help others live the dream in Canada.
